In the complaint filed regarding robbery, molestation and causing serious injury, the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (III) Pawan Kumar Singh has booked former Chief Proctor of BHU, Prof. Non-bailable warrant has been issued against Royana Singh.
The complaint was filed by Ashish Singh, resident of Naria, Lanka. After recording the statement of the complainant, the court appointed Prof. Summons was issued on March 2, 2019, summoning Royana Singh.
In this case, the action was put on hold after the High Court passed a stay order. There is no increase in the time period of adjournment and Prof. In the absence of Royana Singh, the complainant’s advocate had requested the court to issue a warrant.
Anticipatory bail granted to four policemen including SI in beating of lawyer’s son
The court of in-charge District Judge Anil Kumar has approved the anticipatory bail application of four policemen accused in the case of beating the lawyer’s minor son, making him sit in the police station and robbery. The accused, Santosh Singh, Premraj Yadav, Bir Bahadur and Anjani Singh, were the then SI of Rohania police station. On March 30, 2009, Arjun Yadav, the minor son of plaintiff lawyer Ravindra Nath Yadav, resident of Rohaniya Kanakpur, and his three associates were beaten up and robbed by the then police station in-charge Santosh Singh and other accused in the police post in the name of interrogation.
